Jessie was courteous and knowledgeable, he listened to my questions and concerns and found the right car for me. I don't have a smart phone, so Jessie set up my trac phone and radio. He made certain I understood all the new features in the car. He even helped me set up my computer so I could start my car from the house on those cold days.
