I drove 3 hours accross state for one specific vehicle. It was either that one or nothing. Norman Sasnett worked with me from the first phone call till he handed me the keys. He himself has turned me into a life time Starling Chevrolet customer. He worked very efficiently from beginning to end and did not waste a moment of my time. The price he gave me over the phone was the exact price my purchase was when I left. He even pre printed almost all the paperwork to save us time. He was very thorough in explaining everything. I was more so impressed on his ability to accommodate multiple customers simultaneously. He was constantly on the move to make sure everyone was progressing through the purchase process while also working his team that played roles in completing the purchase. Norman along with the entire team did not come off as a sales person, rather people who happen to happily sell you the vehicle you want.
