Corri This was the most HONEST and straightforward experience that I have ever had with any car dealership, and I have had quite a few over the years. Corrie was a pleasure from beginning to end. It never felt like she was pressuring us, she was helping us all the way through. She was knowledgeable and friendly without ever feeling in any way fake or pushy, she was just genuinely interested in what we needed and wanted to make sure that we got it. She told us the truth right up front about what we would pay and those numbers never got higher. That is something that has never happened to me before with someone who is trying to sell me a car. My husband and I tend to stay away from car dealerships for that very reason, but Cardinale Way Mazda was fair and truthful from the first phone call to the last handshake. We didn’t get caught in the dreaded car buying time warp... wow! That’s a big deal, no game playing, we drove all the way out to Mesa from the farthest north end of Phoenix with some hesitation, but they were all incredibly respectful of our time. I didn’t know it was possible to buy a car that fast. Irvin in finance didn’t pressure us one bit for any add-ons that we weren’t interested in and was such a nice guy to work with. I can’t say enough about the staff, everyone there exceded our expectations. Oh, and by the way, I have never been more in love with a vehicle, my (almost brand new) Mazda 6 is a joy to drive!!! I've had more than a dozen dealership experiences over the years (I'll spare this review my overall opinion :)) and working with the Cardinale Mazda team was totally different from all others. Corrie was genuinely interested ONLY in matching us with something we loved - it was literally as though we were walking around with a knowledgeable friend - she had more questions than comments, she wanted to hear details about what we like, what we dislike, etc. and she never pressured or attempted to persuade us. She was happy, patient, accommodating (understatement!) and if she didn't know something she simply said so, and then found the answer for us. When it came time to work with the finance person, Irvin was great too - he's a pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman with a great sense of humor (seriously, a finance guy who I could hang out with and talk to without ever glancing at the clock? THAT'S special :)) The whole team is down-to-earth, it was just remarkable. And Corrie checked in with us to make sure Irvin was moving things along quickly so we get out before rush hour :) (wasn't necessary - I'd have been happy to stay all day, but Irvin had us on our way FAST). Again I've never had an experience like this and I look forward now to my next car-buying experience, Cardinale Way Mazda will be the first place I go, no question about it. More

Best Dealership!!! My fiancé and I were contacted by Corrie via email and later received a call to go in to see what they could do for us. Each time we would visit other My fiancé and I were contacted by Corrie via email and later received a call to go in to see what they could do for us. Each time we would visit other dealerships they would tell us to come back with more down payment, and were very pushy to get the most expensive there was but not at Cardinale Way Mazda! Corrie genuinely cared for what we could afford and answered all of our questions. She worked out all the numbers within minutes and tried absolutely everything she could to get us the best deal there was for us. Her service was over and beyond what I had expected going into a dealership. We ran into a problem that had us there longer than we should’ve been there, but it was not in their control. My fiancé’s insurance didn’t want to make arrangements over the phone—they wanted us to go in just to add me as a driver. Corrie then offered to drive us there, but Corrie figured it all out. Before driving to my fiancé’s insurance office, Corrie called a few different people to help us with the insurance issue, and decided we deserved a better insurance company and had us meet CJ. We then went in to see CJ, he worked out our insurance problem in just 30 minutes. If it wasn’t for CJ and Corrie we would’ve not been able to drive out that day, with full coverage, low monthly payment, and a memorable amazing experience! We will definitely be back for our future car purchases! Thank you CJ and Corrie! (: More

I was helped by the amazing Corrie Wright and the reason why i say amazing is because she really is that! She has always been helpful and went a great length to help me get my car. She till date (been 5months now) is always there to help me out in any which way she with a smile.
