Superb customer-centered experience! Having heard so many terrible stories of car shopping and buying, I was dreading the experience. However, this was the smoothest time I could have asked for. I went on day and test drove with Corrie - excellent drive, excellent knowledge of the car, the details, and she also got me hooked on backing onto parking spaces! The next week, I came in to buy, and there was no back-and-forth, no nagging, just a couple of great deals to choose from after stating my price. Excellent! This will always be my first choice for buying a car! More

I contacted Corrie Wright a few weeks ago and told her exactly the car I was looking for -- a whi Cardinale Way Mazda is the way car buying should be. I contacted Corrie Wright a few weeks ago and told her exactly the car I was looking for -- a white or gray 2017 Miata manual. She thoroughly researched available cars and notified me the moment one was on the way to the dealership. (Meanwhile, I made the mistake of contacting other dealerships, whose salespeople harassed me by phone and email, pushing cars they knew I didn't want.) Corrie was so helpful and courteous -- I recommend her to anyone looking for a car. The sales manager called me, told me all the discounts I'd get, and quoted me the price. It was a terrific price (I did my research) and so there was no haggling! The moment I walked into the dealership I could tell it was different. The people were friendly, greeted me and asked if I wanted a water. There was no pressure. It said, "have a blessed day" at the entrance. Corrie introduced me to the service manager, and she told me to make my first appointment on a Friday when they have a free barbecue. She spent time getting to know us and explaining the features of the new Miata (which was very different from our old 1999 Miata!) She took my wife through the steps of pairing the car with her cell phone, so she could make a call with the touch of a button on the steering wheel. We had trouble setting the clock, and a friendly service worker came over and showed us how. I was so impressed when she said, "My job begins when the car is sold." What an awesome attitude. We drove 122 miles from our home to get to the dealership (and to avoid the predatory dealer in Tucson). I'm so glad we did. I told all my friends about it. I'll buy my next car from Cardinale Way. More

Everyone that I spoke with was beyond polite and patient. You can tell that everyone enjoys their job and working together. I had the pleasure of meeting with Corrie and she was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. If you're in the market to get a car or even just looking you won't be doing yourself justice if you don't come to cardinale. More

Are you kidding me?! I called regarding a listing of theirs that they had posted on Cargurus. It was a Mazda 3i sport that was advertised at $7,999. It was supposed to be I called regarding a listing of theirs that they had posted on Cargurus. It was a Mazda 3i sport that was advertised at $7,999. It was supposed to be certified preowned. (I have screenshots of the advertisement and I'm glad I do because they quickly took it down after this whole experience). Well, when I contacted them about this product, they told me it actually had an open recall and that they couldn't honor the preowned status of the car. (Actually at first they told me they wouldn't be selling the car at all at first! But then contacted me later saying they would) I asked if it was still the same price and if it had a warranty, they told me to call them. Obviously I did and the internet sales manager told me that the recall was over a small rusty screw in the parking break and that they were still gonna sell the car as is. So they were gonna sell me the car at the price advertised, with an open recall on the PARKING BRAKE, with no price change or warranty offered. Ridiculous...so I received what I thought was a quality assurance check from someone claiming to be the general manager Al. I replied with my concerns only to be met with an email from the very same sales rep I was complaining about!! It's like she was the one reading the email or like Al just wanted to "pass the buck." I don't know but all my trust was lost. It gets better though, I then received a message from someone named Chris who said he was the sales manager! After complaining to him about ALL of this all he did was tell me to have a nice day, wished me luck on finding a car, and that the email I received from Al was an automated template and he was sorry for the confusion. After which I replied that I wanted the phone number to his corporate office. He never responded to that message even though all of the other messages were VERY promptly answered. Guess I'll be contacting the BBB because I have no clue what else I can do.. More

I can relate! Corrie Wright took the time to go through the workings of my new car with me and I could feel that she cared about her customers. I had read about the Corrie Wright took the time to go through the workings of my new car with me and I could feel that she cared about her customers. I had read about the company after my 1st visit and we talked about how the staff helps feed the homeless, has bible study and is required to read self help books to become the best person they can be. We also talked about how they help others in their time of trouble and I have been in the receiving end of that in my life so I could relate to the humanistic view she had. The service was excellent and the buying experience was great thanks to Corrie.There was no pressure whatsoever from her and I will be referring others to her in the future. P. S. Her coworker Lucas was very helpful as well. More
