She got to know me and soon found that I was very car specific. The car I was looking for is very hard to come by, so I've learned! After almost 3 months of searching and checking in with me, Corrie found me my dream car! A practically new 2013 Mazda3 hatch with under 21,000 miles on it! Darlene even worked the numbers down after we had already settled on an APR and monthly payment that I signed for, and I didn't even ask her to! She cut my APR in HALF, and lowered my payment. Corrie is eager to help, and always kept a respectful and attitude towards me. She was open, honest, and very dedicated to not only her career, but her customers as well. This was unexpected due to past treatment at other dealerships lying outright to my face multiple times and hiding things from me before I even got a chance to test drive. First car buying experience! My first car buying experience was different than I expected, in a good way. I had done a lot of research about what to expect from a dealership so I My first car buying experience was different than I expected, in a good way. I had done a lot of research about what to expect from a dealership so I was a little hesitant. However, Corrie made the process pain free. She was very knowledgable and honest. I currently live in Peoria and that dealership was located in Mesa. She was kind enough to drive the car all the way to my house so I didn't have to drive all the way over to Mesa just to look at the car I was interested in. When I decided I wanted that car, she worked really hard to get my monthly payment within my budget range. The next day I went to the dealership, signed the paperwork and drove away with my 2016 Mazda3. All of which took only 2 hours. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back when I want a newer model Mazda. Corrie is amazing and I hope she is still there when decide to get a different car! More

Corrie was friendly and warm, and an excellent communicator. From when our communications began by phone and by email, she was terrific with follow up and thoroughness. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the Mazda 6 and educating us on the features. My husband and I felt taken care of the whole time. Both Corrie and CJ were straightforward and concise, and we didn't feel dirty after talking money because we didn't feel we were being played. Every person we met delighted us and made us feel we were dealing with family. Brian, another salesperson completely unrelated to this sale, gave me a book that they had studied in their book club - The Compound Effect. I was happy to learn of the efforts made to give to the community as a portion of the sale of our car went directly to the Phoenix Children's Hospital in our name. Thank you, Corrie, and thank you everyone at Cardinale Way for changing the way we view car buying... we will be back! More
