It is a shame that you feel that treating customers like this is customer service; However if other managers kept their mouths closed, it would have been possible to finish the deal on the last visit. However your business practice does not seem to be focused on customers. In your statement you claimed that the variables will not allow this to happen. Considering that we had a deal all finished up it is amazing to me that you aren't really interested in trying to rectify this situation and by selling a car. I will not ever send anyone to Ray Skillman any location and I am really hoping that Mr. Ray Skillman himself hears about this entire deal. I have never been treated so badly and disrespectfully in my entire life. I hope that you don't treat all customers like this. Have a day.

I understand Supplier pricing is set, but there were other ways to stand by the deal that your sales representative agreed to and you, as a dealership, chose not to explore any of those avenues, instead choosing to not honor a deal...over $900. I wasn't asking for anything that Tommy hadn't communicated to me had been accepted, I was just asking for you to stand by your word. Still disappointed.
