Recap: When I say this dealership has went above and beyond....They have far exceeded my expectations. The rapid response to my tire pressure sensor issue was immediately responded to within minutes of beyond....They have far exceeded my expectations. The rapid response to my tire pressure sensor issue was immediately responded to within minutes of my last review. My vehicle was picked up this morning by their amazingly convenient and friendly valet car service! I was notified via text and phone that my vehicle made it safely to their facility and was reassured that my truck will be properly repaired. In this day and age great communication and customer service is hard to come by.... but not at Gordie Boucher Ford it is greatly appreciated. Thank you Cory and the entire service team for your diligence... and thank you for your service. More

I love the service team. The courtesy car pickup and drop off.... but my tire sensor warning light is still popping on and off. I was given the option to send it back to be f The courtesy car pickup and drop off.... but my tire sensor warning light is still popping on and off. I was given the option to send it back to be fixed... or wait it out until my next service date. I chose the latter because it was already one in the afternoon and I needed to grab lunch... they were very apologetic about the situation, and reassured me it would be taken care of on my next visit. A great team of customer service leaders. Thank you to all who serviced my vehicle. More

There was no communication of pricing before I had my 30,000 mile service done which I thought was just going to be an oil change with a few things. They didn’t give me an estimate and after they were fi 30,000 mile service done which I thought was just going to be an oil change with a few things. They didn’t give me an estimate and after they were finished with the service I got a phone call to pay almost a thousand dollars. Another thing they can’t seem to communicate properly is the pick up and drop off service. Every single time so far they cannot get my location right or end up calling me not knowing where to go. They really took out the convenience part of the “free” service. I had to stay after work on at least 3 occasions waiting for my vehicle to get returned to me. More

We had a sudden noise in my car as we were about to pick up the Grandkids from school. Not much time but we had to have it checked out before putting them in the car.
