I found a car on cars.com from the Oxmoor Toyota dealership. We went to drive the car that I had found. Corey Morris was very pushy, would not shut his mouth on the drive to check the car out. He insisted that he be the 1 to check the back lights when I was very capable with my partner. He was very unhelpful when it came to negotiations and distrusted what we said. We were pestered by him multiple times because he could not trust our word that we would be back to get the car. He was almost in tears when we walked out the door because we did not purchase the vehicle that minute. "I don't know what I am going to do. I am in a pickle now. Please help me out." His constant ugly phone calls to push further for us to come back was down right ridiculous. 1st of all the car sold itself and the manager made it fit our budget, NOT Corey!!! 2nd Corey did not know when to stop when we told him we would be back for the car a little later. 3rd Corey's attitude was very arrogant, smart elic, pushy, whiny, and had extremely bad manners. He needs to practice on his manners and his respect issues along with his customer service skills. He cannot talk to people the way he did and expect them to return. It is because of him we will not be back!!! The only good thing he did was to tell us about this site to rate him so that we could warn others and his bosses what terrible service we got from him. Thanks Corey for being the worst salesman we've ever dealt with. More

Had an accident a few days ago and my care was totalled. I searched on AutuTrader and found a good used car for the pice I was looking to spend at Oxmoor Toyota. He was not pushy at all actually quite the opposite in his sales approach which is genius in my opinion because the minute a salesman gets pushy I walk. He was that way, we haggled a bit and I feel like I got a very fair deal. Couldn't have been a better experience. Seriously and this is from a guy that has had both good and awful experiences. This was great and I would go to him and Oxmoor Toyota again. They have my business and more importantly for them they have my word of mouth business, and my mouth gets around. Thanks to all the staff and what a day, I actually had a pleasant car buying experience. How often do you get to type that? It was good enough for me to take the time and actually write this so that should say enough, I barely left a finger especially if I don't have to. Props again for the great experience.... More

Was greeted by Corey with a friendly attitude when we arrived. Corey then introduce us to Matt. Corey explianed the features of the Avalon to both us, and took us on a demo. ride. I had researched a Prius for many months trying to decide if it was the best idea to go with a New Hybrid. I decided to stop by for a test drive and met Corey. He was a pleasure to meet, and he could sense if it was the best idea to go with a New Hybrid. I decided to stop by for a test drive and met Corey. He was a pleasure to meet, and he could sense what I wanted and liked even when I was hesitant. He was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I didn't expect to buy on that visit, but Corey made me confident I was making a good decision throughout. He was also attentive and answered all questions my mother and I had. I appreciate his time and his help with making a scary decision feel more reasonable and pleasant. More

My dreaded fear every 5-6 years is purchasing a new car. I usually have an idea of what I want, it's just finding the vehicle and getting the process over. I made my first visit last Thursday morning to Ox I usually have an idea of what I want, it's just finding the vehicle and getting the process over. I made my first visit last Thursday morning to Oxmoor with the added luck of meeting Corey Morris. Told him what I had in mind, his response was he had three(3) in stock that I might have interest in and we were off and running. He was right, found the right color and interior of the new Highlander. I had already visited several dealerships and knew their stock and this one was my favorite. After, finally agreeing on the purchase price, I headed to Oxmoor to sign the papers, however, someone else purchased my vehicle before he could put the "Sold" sign on the window. Within ten minutes, he return a call to me stating he found another Highlander at another location and would have it the next day if I could wait one more day. I went on that Thursday evening to sign the paper work feeling sure I was dealing with an honest person knowing I was signing papers for a car unseen. I was not disappointed, my Highlander arrived at the dealership on Friday and I picked up my new vehicle on Sat morning. I spoke with several gentlemen during this process and all were a pleasure to deal with during this purchase. The gentleman that helped me complete my financial and loan request was very helpful. I am sorry I don't remember his name. All in all, this experience was the easiest for me in the last 11 years since my husband's death. This is my 3rd purchase since his death. Corey Morris was an absolutely laid back, no pressure sales person..I came in to look at tacomas and left that day knowing I would go back to buy from Oxmoor Toyota....Terry Boardman was also great to wo sales person..I came in to look at tacomas and left that day knowing I would go back to buy from Oxmoor Toyota....Terry Boardman was also great to work with on the finance side...Steven Coffey in service was very cordial and made me feel I was the only customer he had at that time..No other dealer in the city would come close to the deal on this truck...Lauren in finance got an interest rate that was cheaper than my credit union...thanks Oxmoor Toyota for an incredible buying experience More

The experience we had purchasing our new Prius at Oxmoor Toyota was better than one could hope for. We worked with Cory , who was very receptive to what we were looking for, and had a "no BS" approach w Toyota was better than one could hope for. We worked with Cory , who was very receptive to what we were looking for, and had a "no BS" approach which I sincerely appreciated. I am the type of buyer who does enough research beforehand to know almost exactly what I want by the time I head to a dealer. Cory picked up on this and didn't make us go through the standard sales tactics. Thanks to his straightforward attitude and honest answers, we were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours (which included the time to test drive, trade in our car, negotiate, and sign all the papers!) with exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. RJ talked us through all of the paperwork in the business office and made everything clear to understand. We were offered several "add ons" such as an extended warranty, additional insurance coverage, and the exterior/interior protectant, however at no time did he pressure us to purchase any or all of these packages. This process was so much different than what I remember my last car buying experience to be. Not only will I be referring friends to Oxmoor Toyota in the future, I plain going back within a year to replace my wife's car with another Prius! I did not have any interaction with the maintenance department, however I plan on returning to update this review after my first couple of Toyota Care inspections at 5,000 and 10,000. More

My husband and I purchased our new Rav4 from salesperson, Cory Morris.After weeks of visiting dealerships, we decided to stop by Qxmoor Toyota. We were approached by Cory ,he listened to our wants and needs, Cory Morris.After weeks of visiting dealerships, we decided to stop by Qxmoor Toyota. We were approached by Cory ,he listened to our wants and needs, was pleasant and very informative.His method of dealing with us is what sold us the car.
