I am a St. Louis native who grew up in Kirkwood, Missouri. After graduating from Parkway South, I married my high school sweetheart Kelly Bovyn. We have been married for 25 years and currently reside in High Ridge, Missouri. I am also a proud father of two boys Antonio & Dominic. They keep me busy on the weekend playing soccer for Scott Gallagher, Fenton, and Northwest. My family and I are active members of St. Anthony’s parish and enjoy helping at fundraising opportunities.

NEVER AGAIN. Purchased a brand new 2023 Escape end of May, 2023. 4388 miles on it now. Yesterday it would not start - all kinds of lights and warnings on das Purchased a brand new 2023 Escape end of May, 2023. 4388 miles on it now. Yesterday it would not start - all kinds of lights and warnings on dashboard. Called and “pushed 3 on keyboard for Service”. Held over 20 minutes - no answer. Hung up and called Auto Club and they dispatched a truck. Called back to Sunset and again “pushed 3 on keyboard for Service”. Finally Alyssia answered the phone and I explained my problem. She suggested I have it towed to them and it would be about 4 weeks before they could look at it. 4 WEEKS !! I asked if they would give me a loaner and she said “No but we can rent a car to you if we have any available”. I told her that was absolutely unacceptable - this is a brand new car with 4388 miles. She said “that is just the way it is”. I asked to talk to a Manager and she said they were doing an interview and she would talk to them about my situation. She said she didn’t know if interview would last 10 minutes or an hour. This was 2pm. She said she gets off work at 4 but service dept open until 6pm. Since she was leaving at 4pm she would ask the Manager to call me after interview was finished. Guess what ? No call from her and no call from any Manager. It is now the next day and I still haven’t heard from anyone. On a positive note - Auto Club came to my rescue and he totally disconnected the battery and waited about 2 minutes and reconnected the battery. Car started and warning lights went off. He said that resets/reboots the computer. Still haven’t heard a word from Sunset Ford. Very disappointing. More
