We have been to several dealerships over the last two weeks. Ford and GMC, Sunset Ford was laid back. The price of the truck was fair and they were willing to negotiate. Treff our finance officer was just as laid back, but very professional, neat and organized. My wife and I can both say this was one of the best buying experiences we have had. More

His knowledge of the car we purchased along with his complete understanding of what we were looking for far exceeded our expectations. Corey explained everything from extras on the car to the lifetime warranty with complete proficiency and professionalism. This made the purchase experience both exciting and complete. Next, off to F & I, where Treff LaPlant led us through the maze of paperwork and found us exactly what we were wanting in again a professional and ease of understanding environment, Treff answered every question we had, and spent all the time WE wanted to give us a full understanding of everything we wanted. Service center is second to none. Brett knew exactly what car we bought and gave advice only a person very well versed in his field could do. I just CANNOT say enough nice things about these guys! I have NOTHING but positive experiences with Sunset Ford. They go above and beyond to get you in the car you like and out of there as quickly as poss I have NOTHING but positive experiences with Sunset Ford. They go above and beyond to get you in the car you like and out of there as quickly as possible (unlike other dealerships I have been to that keep you there for an entire day!). From the moment I stepped into the Sunset Ford dealership, I was at ease. You are greeted by someone immediately and escorted in the right direction right away. A lot of friendly faces with conversation to make you feel even more "at home" while you wait. I have SO many wonderful things to say about one employee in particular and that is Jason Straub. I have NEVER had this type of treatment before at other dealers. Just HANDS DOWN goes above and beyond for his customers! And I know it's not just me, because I have a friend who has bought a car from him at Sunset Ford, as well. There are also a few other names worth mentioning and those are Cory Pupillo, who has helped me with numerous things to get me prepared to drive off in my new car and Treff LaPlant who made all the "official" paperwork signing pretty painless (which can be super stressful for a lot of folks). There are other employees there who've left a great impression on my overall experience there, but I didn't quite catch their names (sorry guys). I am rating this dealership 5 stars because they DESERVE this rating. Noting but the customer's comfort and satisfaction in mind, these guys (and gals) run an excellent business. One more thing about Jason, he took a very stressful situation for me just recently (after another vehicle hit my car) and put me completely at ease with the process. To have someone say "Do NOT lose a wink of sleep over this, I will take care of it" just left me feeling SO cared for and covered. I was beside myself with stress over the accident involving my NEW car and he just eliminated darn near ALL of the worry. Just such a stand up guy and I admire him greatly for his work. More

Things went so well I went straight to Cory to order another Edge that We took ownership of on Jan.6 2018.He took the time to help set up all the electronics radio,phone etc. When He called to say the car was in He said there was a price change .I thought oh boy the price is going to go up.Not the case, Cory found us another $497 discount.Hope He is still selling cars when I'm ready to buy again. More
