When we arrived at Sunset Ford we were greeted promptly by Cory Pupillo. He did an excellent job listening to what we needed and required for our motor home towing. Without wasting a lot of our time, he pulled up 2 Edge's that would work. Surprisingly my wife warmed up to Cory and made me buy the Edge from Sunset. We will be back to see Cory at Sunset Ford when we are ready for our next car. More

Sunset Ford Sales When I walked into the show room I was greeted right away by Casey. I have never purchased a new car before and I was a little nervous about doing so, When I walked into the show room I was greeted right away by Casey. I have never purchased a new car before and I was a little nervous about doing so, especially after visiting Sinclair Ford down the street. At Sinclair Ford, the salesman was really pushy and the manager there held my keys hostage from me and wouldn't allow me to leave. Finally after saying no for over an hour to their rip off of a deal they gave me back my keys and let me leave. Casey, was the complete opposite of the previous salesman he made me feel very relaxed, and comfortable about the whole process. He knew almost all the answers to my questions which was very helpful. Oddly enough that was one of the things I liked the best. He was honest when he didn't know the complete answer to my questions and wasn't afraid to say so but sat me down and we looked up the answers together. I didn't end up making a purchase that day so Casey introduced me to Corey so I would know two people at the dealership in case he wasn't there. It didn't have anything to do with Casey why I didn't make a purchase. I just thought there was a lot more markup in cars than there actually is. Casey was very good at explaining how the car business has changed from the days with 30% mark up and even showed me an invoice to prove it. I will definitely be back to purchase from Casey after a few more months of saving to make up for the difference I thought I could get off. I wish Casey and Corey the best in the mean time they seemed like fine young men and I would recommend them for anyone I knows next purchase. More

Easiest car buying experience to date. This was a different car buying experience for me. I never felt pressured in any way. When I asked to drive a car, I was able to do so very quickly. The whole process was very quick, literally just a couple of hours from arriving at the dealership until I left in my brand new Mustang that had a full tank of gas. When I called Cory several days after the sale for some help, he immediately helped me solve the problem. It really is the little things that make the difference and Cory and Sunset Ford made sure the little things were taken care of. I hope to come back when it is time to buy a Ford truck. More
