Unbelievable! Is the only civilized word I can use to describe my experience with this dealership. It practically took a month to finalize my purchase. It would ta Is the only civilized word I can use to describe my experience with this dealership. It practically took a month to finalize my purchase. It would take to long to describe all the mishaps that took place, so let me sum it up. For starters I’m a first time out of state buyer and the sales guy(Jon Reyerson)did a horrible job of guiding me thru this process. Communication was seriously lacking. It was hard enough just trying to get in touch with him. Anyways after agreeing to purchase the car and getting approved for the loan the nightmare continued. Constant miscommunication between the dealer, my bank and I; days pass, constant verifications missed, more days pass, dealer finance guy says he was swamped, more days pass, ooops missed signatures, more days pass, didn’t get the docs, days pass, finance guy is off, more days pass, dealer is waiting for the bank to respond, bank is waiting for dealer to respond, more days pass. I lost count of all the hours of my life I’ve lost. The final draw; after the dealership was finally funded by my bank I promptly get a call, on a thursday around noon, from my sales guy telling me he’s getting my delivery set up. I tell him to let me know the ship date and expected arrival. Didn’t here back the rest of the day. I call and text him,no response. He sends a text on Saturday at 2pm saying transport will pick up my car Sunday morning and drop off same day. He further explains the dealership is closed but that he will meet the transport there so that I can get my car.What a guy! It’s now Sunday at 10pm and guess who did not get the car they have been anxiously anticipating all day. I am so beyond losing my nerve at this point. I’ll try to contact my sales guy or anyone at this dealership tomorrow morning and see what else I’m going to have to endure. Unbelieavable! 2 more days pass and I finally got my suv. Just wanted to add that it did not arrive in a closed container as mentioned by my sales guy. Also I had asked him if he can hook me up with some goodies for all the hassle and he said he would, truck was empty. Finally, I guess they don’t install new tires because my front tires are about an 1/8th of an inch from going bald. So in conclusion many if not most car sales guys are just plain liars or at least at this dealership.I will Never buy a car online and would advise anyone else to not buy a car from this dealership. I really did not expect to get treated so poorly especially if I’m spending 75k. More
