We were shopping for a new Jaguar for my wife and wanted I've purchased about a dozen new cars in my life, and this experience rates near the bottom. We were shopping for a new Jaguar for my wife and wanted to trade in her car. I'm not looking for the best deal, just looking for a fair deal. With the internet, it's easy to see what the average sale is for new cars and it's easy to see what trade-in values are. As long as I can get close to both, I've usually pretty happy. The offer I received for both the new car and our trade-in were absolutely insulting. I ended up purchasing a Jaguar with more features car two states away for $8,000 less than the offer they gave me. I think I've purchased at least 4 vehicles from Luther automotive in the past, and given this experience it will be a long time before I ever consider stepping on one of their lots again. More
