Even though the dealership was incredibly busy, many employees greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were receiving the attention we needed. Cory quickly rounded up the demos for us to drive, was very knowledgeable about the details we were interested in and kept our trade-in and buying process moving swiftly. We purchased a Discovery Sport and love it!! So glad we made the four hour trip from Sioux Falls. Everyone we encountered at the dealership made us feel welcome and they were all experts in their field. More

Poor service after being sold a lemon Bought a brand new Velar in Oct (bought it bc we are having our first child) and the windows fogged up so bad we couldn’t see while driving. Called de Bought a brand new Velar in Oct (bought it bc we are having our first child) and the windows fogged up so bad we couldn’t see while driving. Called dealership to ask about others having this issue and they never followed up. We had to keep calling them to get a temp fix- the temp fix was a zip tie to force open a valve! When it started happening again we found out online that a recall was coming for the fog issue and never heard from dealership as we had to call again to set up fixing our 3 month old vehicle. Battery died and needs replacing already too. The screens change automatically regardless on settings -which none of this should happen on a $90k vehicle. The lack of communication by service is terrible and little customer service- they basically took our money, sold us a lemon of a car and don’t seem to care we have issues after their check has cleared. If we could return our vehicle we would. More
