I didn't expect to walk out that day and drive my new car home but I did!!! I can truly say that they do anything they can to make sure you are satisfied with the vehicle you choose! I am very happy I went in to summit place kia to get a car. Now I'm driving around in a 2017 Kia Soul! Excellent experience. First off I have have poor credit. After hearing the dealerships current offer of "$29 down gets you into a new Kia" I contacted them thinking I was g First off I have have poor credit. After hearing the dealerships current offer of "$29 down gets you into a new Kia" I contacted them thinking I was going to get the usual run around I've received at other dealerships - "Sorry you don't qualify but..." which always led to a "backlot" special; basically a piece of junk with no warranty, high payment and financed for 100 years. However after submitting my application, I was approved not for a used vehicle but a brand new 2017 Forte. I reiterate, a NEW 2017 car that comes with Kia's industry leading warranty. They accepted my trade in, a very poor condition 2000 Ford Expidition with a miriad of problems and 190k miles and because of that, I paid ZERO out of pocket down for my new car. John Lowman and Jason Demopoulos both assisted in my purchase and walked through all of the paperwork with me explaining everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and even advised me of refinance options to restructure my finance deal once I get my credit back on track. I'm not sure why other car companies aren't offering this kind of service but they are missing out in my opinion. Excellent service, excellent experience and excellent treatment. I would and will recommend them to anyone who is looking to get into a great vehicle, regardless of their financial situation. More
