Every one was friendly. Nico did a great job showing me the car and its features. He was very knowledgeable and spent the necessary time going over all my questions about the car. He was very patient and courteous. A very nice young man! I was given a great deal by him and Cote. I was in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. A person should not be made to write a review. This should be optional. The first time I filled out this survey I ended up deleting it because it could not be completed without this 25 word + review. Just saying. I only did it this time because I wanted everyone to know what a great employee Nico is. Otherwise, I would have deleted this email as well. More

They were professional, friendly, courteous and most of all, respectful towards me and my family. When we had needed time to talk, they gave it to us. When we needed their help, they were there for us. There were no "hard" sales tactics - we didn't feel bullied into buying something we didn't want. We thoroughly enjoyed the full buying experience - before, during and after. I have purchased a vehicle here at Jenkins Hyundai before as well as having it serviced here, and will continue to do so because of the professionalism and friendliness of the staff in all departments.
