I was very disappointed today with the price quoted $700. 00 on my front brakes. Time to finish 3 hours to wait. I decided NOPE don't think so.!!! Scheduled my lease for a service appointment and everything went smoothly. I was able to call in to book an appointment the day before. I dropped the car off and waited in the customer area which wa everything went smoothly. I was able to call in to book an appointment the day before. I dropped the car off and waited in the customer area which was comfortable and had beverage/snacks available. The oil change/fluid top offs/tire rotations were done within an hour. I was not a fan back in 2011 when I bought my Elantra. Issues with us using our own credit union, the misplacement of a certified check and it just wasn't a fun experience. This purchase of our new Hyun Issues with us using our own credit union, the misplacement of a certified check and it just wasn't a fun experience. This purchase of our new Hyundai, was way better and it made us want to continue doing things with your group. Finally, the service department, Ethan was very professional and even though he had a full day to get the job done it was done in hours. The service desk person was also very nice and helpful, I think her name was Brittney(?) Anyway thanks a lot for your 180° change it's a pleasure doing business with you. More

Mt car broke down &was towed to herb chambers hyundai Auburn. It did not have appointment but they squeezed it in and had it back to me in 30 hrs from major repair. They would have had it back the next Auburn. It did not have appointment but they squeezed it in and had it back to me in 30 hrs from major repair.
