Last 3 visits I had there was great! Waited there in nice waiting room and the service was done quickly. This time, I had a 9am appointment and left my car there, but it sounded like the Waited there in nice waiting room and the service was done quickly. Got oil / filter change and tire rotation but other problems I mentioned were not resolved. More

Service was excellent, no issues with getting recall repaired and getting appointment when I wanted. I do wish they had availability of a loan or rental I have a medical situation at home where I cann repaired and getting appointment when I wanted. Th pick up and drop off me OK, but it extends the time I am not home All other car dealers I have used have a more convenient way of getting a loaner or rental The issue was a Ford recall l but burden mine to get car to dealer. makes no sense More
