They are very slow; an hour and a half to do routine maintenance is ridiculous. Never remember I have a warranty (Ally) and can't remember to charge them, not give me a discount. Had tires rotated and the same two on the right that have mud on them never moved, unless they changed the fronts and backs, which isn't a rotation. I've asked for the last 30,000 miles to check the filter; which they did and then told me I needed to do a better job at maintenance. More
