My friend recently purchased a 2026 Chevy equinox. The vehicle she bought was sold as a new vehicle with 2334 miles on it. She was informed that the vehicle had been used buy one of the dealers at the The vehicle she bought was sold as a new vehicle with 2334 miles on it. She was informed that the vehicle had been used buy one of the dealers at the place. This vehicle wasn't the one she picked out on line. When she got to the dealership she was met by another sales person not the one she spoke to on the phone. She was informed that the lady she had spoken with was internet sales. My friend had picked out a new 2026 Equinox that was supposed to have had no miles on it not 2334 miles as the one she purchased. Furthermore when she was given a chance to look the vehicle over she wasn't taken to a well lighted area so she could look the vehicle over. After taking the vehicle home she then noticed chocolate stains in the vehicle with coffee stains in the vehicle in various places. Modern had the car one more day before she took the vehicle home and this matter wasn't taken care of by the dealership. On her sale paperwork this vehicle was sold as new not used. She wasn't afforded no incentive towards the purchase and rebates. She has recently purchased a vehicle with them before and was very satisfied but now they have truly disappointed her by pushing her into this sale without informing her. More

University Winston Purchased a Jeep for my daughter, Salesman was insanely nice and helpful we test drove the car found some spots in the windshield they agreed to fix told us they had put brand new tir Salesman was insanely nice and helpful we test drove the car found some spots in the windshield they agreed to fix told us they had put brand new tires on the car and we noticed something leaking under motor and requested it checked before we sealed the deal, as they agreed, got a call a few days later all was checked and nothing was wrong were told it was oil from where they had just changed and filled everything. Great . Windshield was fixed we took the car home(after finding out there were NOT new tires on it only two new wheels) Upon getting the car home we noticed the coolant was almost empty despite them recently filling so decided to take it to our mechanic to check it out while we were under the 3 day 150 mile exchange. Our mechanic comes to find it is in fact a leaking seal that he could tell had been checked recently and same broken seal but back in and upon doing so Modern didn't even put all of the screws back in to secure the seal. I called modern who asked me to make the 75 mile drive back to have it "fixed". I come to say this This car is for my 16 year old, the issue has already been addressed once at Modern and NOT fixed so why would I drive to them and allow them to fix the problem when they didn't fix it the first time and trust them to actually do it this time? So if you are marketing for a used car i do not recommend Modern nor' do I recommend the service there. Either they lie and aren't trustworthy or they just truly do not know what they are doing when it comes to anything past the SELL. Editing to add currently awaiting a tow truck on side of the road will be second time in two weeks having issues that were supposedly fixed before purchasing More
