Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful even with answering my hundred questions. Richard and Jeremy, truly knew what they were doing and went the extra mile. They took the time to educate us on our Mercedes GLC 300 4matic, as this was the first time purchasing this type of vehicle. Their was absolutely no pressure, just education with all of our options. I never really felt like I was purchasing a vehicle, only fun and exciting opportunities with driving a Mercedes. It all started with a professional email from Richard inviting us into their business to see what options we would be interested in test driving. Then, we were paired up with Jeremy Ellis, and he was awesome. He showed us everything there was to know about what our vehicle could do. Our day ended up with us driving our new vehicle home. Craig Brooks completely fixed us up with our finances, and made sure we were completely knowledgeable about all our options as we signed our papers. During this time the service department completely detailed our vehicle, and included an invitation for us to come back whenever we needed to, and for whatever reason. As I drove away from Crown of Dublin, I knew in that moment I would be back, and that my husband and I made new friends, and became a part of a new family. It wasn't just driving on a car lot that day for a new car. It was driving onto a Mercedes establishment, and leaving with a new found love! My Mercedes GLC 300 4matic, and a new family. I never dreamed I would be driving this type of vehicle, and they all made it happen! I will be back!! Again, top notch gentlemen! More
