Never pushy, which I appreciate more than they know! Buying a car can be a daunting task, but Melisa and CJ make it so fun! I can't thank them enough for always taking care of me. Professional and helpful I called Crown Motor Cars to inquire about my interest in a Mercedes Benz. My call was answered by Jeremy Ellis who told me that I could visit the ne I called Crown Motor Cars to inquire about my interest in a Mercedes Benz. My call was answered by Jeremy Ellis who told me that I could visit the next day but that Melisa Greenberg would assist me because he had the day off. When I arrived on March 9, 2020, Melisa was very professional in her appearance and attitude. She was very helpful in explaining the features of the Mercedes in which I was interested. Also, she suggested that I drive the car to make certain that it would be satisfactory. Subsequently, I met with Craig Brooks, finance manager, to review my options. I returned on March 15, 2020, to finalize the purchase with Craig. Melisa Greenberg told me that my Mercedes had been cleaned and sanitized due to Covid-19 precautions. I purchased a 2020 GLE350 4MATIC SUV from Crown Eurocars a few weeks ago. This dealership failed to provide a "luxury" experience. Their attention to detail in preparing the vehicle was lacking, at best. a few weeks ago. This dealership failed to provide a "luxury" experience. Their attention to detail in preparing the vehicle was lacking, at best. They sent me home with the wrong all weather mats and only 3 screws in my rear license plate. After two additional trips back to the dealership, I still only have 3 screws and I have to set up a maintenance appointment now too. They were also unable to answer the questions I had about my new vehicle, even after making an appointment to return and spending 2.5 hours with multiple salesmen attempting. Jeremy Ellis was a little less than honest about including the all weather mats in our deal. It was verbally agreed upon, and texted on my end, without being disputed on his end, but ultimately, I was told the cargo one for the back was technically called the all weather liner, and wouldn't be included. These are just a few of the issues I encountered. Needless to say, I will not be returning for future sales or service. More
