Craig was very nice and very helpful. He went over things thoroughly and was willing to answer any questions. No high pressure sales tactics. These guys were absolutely amazing. Ive bought alot of trucks, here and there. Rich Clouda in finance was also excellent, explaining options with no pressure. Ryan Auto Mall drops a star for installing Pulse on all vehicles. I was even prepared to pay for Pulse, but not have it installed, but that was not possible. And they stuck a chrome Ryan badge on the car as well. At least that is not unattractive. Overall very happy with buying from Ryan Auto Mall. Well worth the 50m drive. More
