Was a little apprehensive about purchasing my first new vehicle from a dealer not to mention shook up from the accident. I was greeted by Brandon Scroggins a salesman. He heard my concerns and basically walked me through the entire process with no pressure. The truck I was going to get wasn't available at the time but he made sure I left with some wheels. I ended up buying the truck I had as a loaner. Which was a better fit for my needs and budget. I figured a salesman would be upset I changed the deal but Brandon was totally cool about it and even worked with the sales manager chipper and Craig in finance to get me the best price and warranty. Excellent customer service and it all started with Brandon's calm demeanor and positive attitude. Other salesman should take notes.
