Great to work with I have had 3 new vehicles in my life time all purchased from the Taylor Dealership. A 1995 Plymouth, a 2001 Dodge Caravan and now a 2018 Dodge Caravan I have had 3 new vehicles in my life time all purchased from the Taylor Dealership. The 2001 lasted 17 years with no major troubles and it has over 212,000 miles and it was time to buy a new one with the expectation this one will last for the next 17 years More

We went to the dealership with the sole intention of test driving several different vehicles that day and we happened to start with Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeem Ram. We weren't planning on buying at all and explained that to Noah. He was very cordial, knowledgeable and he bent over backwards to show us exactly what we wanted to look at. We test drove two makes of cars there and we fell in love with one of them. The car we fell in love with was truly more than we wanted to pay and they offered to build us what we were looking for instead and to see if there were any in the dealerships they work with. I had already built the car I wanted on the website so I knew exactly what to ask for and with luck, we found it. The price was right and it had the bells and whistles we wanted without going overboard. We went through financing and expected delivery within 3-4 days. Surprise, the car was in the very next day and we were able to pick it up and take it home with us much sooner than anticipated. Throughout this entire process, Noah was completely professional, personable and just a great salesman to work with. No promises were made that weren't kept and I can't say enough about this dealership. Go there - you won't be sorry! More

Good Honest Dealer I shopped at several dealers for a Ram 4500 chassis and Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was able to beat the rest in price. I had it upfitted with a ha I shopped at several dealers for a Ram 4500 chassis and Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was able to beat the rest in price. I had it upfitted with a hauler bed and they worked very well with Utility Bodywerks in Elkhart, Indiana, which is the company that I had decided to use for the bed. They also delivered the truck from Elkhart at no additional charge. I ordered the truck in December and before I picked the truck up in April the price had increased. The dealership ended up absorbing the additional costs. They treated me very fairly. Joe Clark was my main contact throughout the process and was attentive to my questions throughout the process. Charles Jasinski was very patient and took whatever time was necessary to go over the many bells and whistles that came on the truck. Craig Courtney took the time to discuss the many forms that needed to be signed and understood that I did not purchase a vehicle very often. He was very patient and informative. Being a Christian, I was immediately put at ease when I walked into the facility and heard the Christian music being played. As I had shopped the vehicle over the internet, I had not known during the process that the owner and many of the employees are faith based people. I was very comfortable with all of the people that I met and found them to be very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you to all for a great experience. More

We were looking for a replacement vehicle for Debra , as our 2003 Yukon XL was getting tired. We were also looking for a good candidate for a tow behind vehicle for our motor coach when we travel.After doing a lot of research and speaking with Charles Jasinski and making sure about the towing capability of the jeep line , we decided on the Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara model because of the ease and simplicity of being able to be towed . Our sales person , Kelly McCarty once again stepped up to provide us both with the level of service we have come to expect from her and The Dealership at Taylor Dodge.The level of service is a comfortable at home feeling without the traditional pressure felt at a lot of dealerships.
