I was born in Redondo Beach, CA and moved to Colorado while in 6th grade. I lived next to the highest flat-top mountain in the United States with over 300 lakes. I moved back to California in the late 1980s and have been working in the automotive industry for over 20 years. I could work anywhere, but because of the transparency in the way we, at Toyota of Lancaster, disclose everything up front, I would not consider working anywhere else. Honesty is the best policy.

Sales team was great, Jaime House in finance was a awful. Like I said had a great experience with the sales team excellent staff except for a finance personnel named Jaime House. Nightmare As soon as I completed signing the paperwork for the leasing agreement I was brought to a table and told their was a hole drilled into the gas tank of As soon as I completed signing the paperwork for the leasing agreement I was brought to a table and told their was a hole drilled into the gas tank of the vehicle I was purchasing, therefore I couldn't take the vehicle until it was replaced. The latter incident was the second new vehicle I purchased that had damage to it. To say the least I was not happy! The initial vehicle I purchase was also damage in the interior with scratches on the radio, chrome, and touch screen. Craig Edwards was willing to sell me the vehicle without acknowledging the damage. I was cleaning the vehicle when I noticed the damage and immediately notified the dealership. I have never had a purchasing experience even close to what I experienced at Lancaster Toyota, therefore I cannot recommend the dealership, and probably drive to Frontier Toyota in the city of Valencia for any service. Joseph, Craig's supervisor also attempted to intimidate me with his sales tactics that is why I insisted I would not do business with the dealership if he was involved with the sale. Oscar Garcia step in and was a great help along with Teresa Caso. Also, I didn't get a satisfactory explanation as to why the vehicle's I was trying to purchase was damaged, and furthermore I believe their is a saboteur, an employee that hasn't been caught yet, so why would I take my vehicle for service or buy another vehicle knowing someone could possibly strike again.
