The dealership sold me a car that had heavy scratches on the paints surface and then masked it with spray wax so they could not be seen. I hand washed the car the day after purchase, and discovered this whe the paints surface and then masked it with spray wax so they could not be seen. I hand washed the car the day after purchase, and discovered this when the wax was removed to prepare the car for ceramic coating. I contacted Branden Petersen and he refused to participate in the cost of repairing the paint’s finish. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Once they have your money, their communication becomes poor and they do not help their customers. More

This was an easy sale for the dealership. I knew the car that I wanted and did an internet search to locate the car. I called and the salesman that answered the phone told me it wasn't on the property yet that I wanted and did an internet search to locate the car. I called and the salesman that answered the phone told me it wasn't on the property yet but would let me know when it arrived. Salesman called and I put money down to hold the car for the three days allowed by the dealership. Dealership arranged financing for me and there was a misunderstanding that I was for certain using that arranged financing when I secured financing at a local institution. Finance person seemed a little "put off" that I found financing somewhere else and didn't inform the dealership. More
