I worked with VW to purchase my lease and requested an appointment. I showed up on my appointment day after taking time out of my work day to drive down. The sales person clearly didn’t mark my appointmen appointment. I showed up on my appointment day after taking time out of my work day to drive down. The sales person clearly didn’t mark my appointment down and told me I had to come back another day due to the fact they had a “shipment of cars come in.” If the sales person would’ve apologized and taken responsibility, I wouldn’t have been upset but instead he was short and rude. This was already an hour of my time wasted to be there. The sales person seemed frustrated when I said couldn’t come back during the work day. They ended up mailing me my papers so I could purchase my lease out but the color of my car was incorrect on the paperwork. When I asked to speak with a manager about my experience, the sales person told me he would call and he never did. I don’t plan to come back to this dealership after purchasing cars and leasing cars form them in the past More
