Anastasia had me sign agreeing to a final out-the-door price for the vehicle, taking into account my trade. Almost immediately after signing, she told me she would actually be charging me more than the nu price for the vehicle, taking into account my trade. Almost immediately after signing, she told me she would actually be charging me more than the number I just signed agreeing to because they're not going to pay off my trade that day. This is the first time I've experienced a lack of transparency from an Audi dealership. I've worked with Craig and Tyler at Audi Beaverton before and had a positive experience; they acted as resources for me and simply focused the conversation on providing accurate information about the products and service. In contrast, Anastasia used time to ask unrelated questions like I've seen salespeople at other dealerships do to try to leverage information from potential customers (What do you do for a living? How far was your drive? What are you up to today? etc...), while providing information that does not appear to be accurate. For example, she told me that the Audi CPO program does not include roadside assistance; however, in my own research, it appears that it does. She was calling me something like "sweetie" or "hun" which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. I appreciated that she let me go on the test drive alone, but this was otherwise an interaction that I would not choose to repeat. More
