I was in the market for a new car and looked around for what i wanted online. I decided that i wanted a 2013 dodge charger with the black top package. I went to a different dealer and wasnt treated as nice what i wanted online. I decided that i wanted a 2013 dodge charger with the black top package. I went to a different dealer and wasnt treated as nice as i would like to be. I asked for the best price and they told me they assured me that the price i was quoted was rock bottom and no dealer could go less. I decided to pass on the car for that night and see what i could find myself. I got on line and found crown thru truecar.com and was contacted within 10 minutes of my submission in the site by Craig. He was very nice on the phone and i told him that i was talking to another dealer and they quoted me 4500 more then what he did on a charger but with them they had the RT charger not the V6 one. He explained that the rebates dodge had helped and they cut the price i was shocked. I told craig what i wanted to get and he told me they didnt have the car but could get it from a different dealer if i wanted it. I went in to drive the RT since i only drove the V6 model at the other dealer. In the mean time the other dealer called and i explained to them that I was given a price of 4500 less then what they quoted me on the lesser model. The salesman told me that wasnt true and no way could they sell me the RT for that price i assured him i was there right now and they said they could. he asked me to hold and went and talked to teh guy the night before told me that he couldnt come down another dollar at all and guess what.... the guy had a change of heart and said he could match their price. I politely told him that i asked last night and he tried to take advantage of me and i wouldnt be buying anything from him even if he gave it to me for a dollar.It not the money its the point that they told me that they couldnt and i felt lied to. Craig wasnt like that he was up front with me from the start and didnt over promise at all what so ever. We sat down and signed the paper to buy the car and craig went to work getting me the exact car i wanted and didnt try to push me to buy a car that was already there. he is a very nice guy and easy to talk to and doesnt over sell like most car salesmen. He was like a old friend i havent talked to in years and we was catching up on life. it took a few days to get the car i wanted and to get the windows tented the way i wanted them to be. Some things with the financing didnt go like planned so i had to wait for a week for my father to co sign witch helped me get a better rate and Craig and Nick was Ok with waiting even tho they have already tinted the car. I thought for sure they would sell the car to someone else that wanted it or bug me the whole time to see if i was comming back. I didnt talk to Craig until the day i told them my dad would be able to sign. Craig called that day and asked if i talked to my dad and i told him he was at work and would be home around 4 and i would call. I called at 5 and told craig my dad gave the OK and to call him to get his info. i expected to wait a day or so but he called back in 20 mins and told me we was good to go and not only would they let us sign at different times but they would take the papers to my dad to sign so he wouldnt have to make the 40 min trip to the dealership. Which i was blown away by the service they offered. I went in that night and signed the papers for the car it was fast and smooth. Craig spent the next 30 minutes going over everything in the car with my fiance' so she would know how to operate the car.All in all from the firt contact with the dealer to the last handshake i was happy with how they treated me they are all nice and professional and above all not your avg high pressure sales shop. It was always relaxed and not rushed and once i told him i had to wait i didnt get pressured like most dealers would do. They didnt lie or better yet didnt judge me at all what so ever like i have been at other dealers. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a good price with out the BS. More

My wife and I drove 2 1/2 hours to visit Craig Gowitzka at Crown. He was very helpful during the entire process. We were looking at the Chrysler 200. Craig was very knowledgeable about the car. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. I originally talked to Craig on the phone, but arrived later than planned so Craig turned me over to Austin. Austin was great. He immediately started talking to make me feel comfortable and we went on a test ride. I had previously went to two other jeep dealers and never got to see the car they were trying to approve me for, let alone driving it. Austin worked hard at keeping me in the range that I requested and I drove off with my dream car. Thanks so much to Craig, Austin and Dan who worked so hard to see that I got a car. More

We purchased a 2010 Jeep Wranger Sahara Unlimited from Craig Gowitzka in September 2010. The process took about 4 weeks from the time we sat down with Craig until the time we drove out of the Crown Jeep d Craig Gowitzka in September 2010. The process took about 4 weeks from the time we sat down with Craig until the time we drove out of the Crown Jeep dealership. We were looking for Red Rock, Towing Package and Dual top. Crown did not have it in stock, but Craig did some searching and was able to locate one in Cincinnati. During the 4 weeks Craig would either email us, or call us to give us an update on the search. I have been in sales for 14 years and I have a good idea of what good customer service looks like. Craig has gone out of his way to make sure that not only our buying experience was awesome, but that owning a Jeep is even better. There had been 2 recalls on our Jeep and we found out about them first from Craig. We bought the dual top and I had some reservations on putting the soft top on myself. I emailed Craig and he gave me the days he was working and to just stop by and he would help me. A week later I came in for an oil change and when I pulled around he was waiting for me to help put the soft top on. My wife and I are just as excited with our Jeep purchase today as we were in September, mainly because of the great customer service that Craig gave and continues to give us. Extremely responsive per my original inquiry via the internet. My sales consultant: Craig Gowitzka was very knowledgable and listened to me instead of force feeding me information that was NOT of importance to my search. Dealership manager & finance manager were both very proffesional and kind regarding my time and what I wanted to accomplish. Overall, I would have to say that this was one of my more enjoyable experiences purchasing a vehicle in the past 20 years and I will be suggesting this dealership and individuals to my friends and acquaintances. I went here to trade a 2008 in for a 2011. Craig and Neil I went here to trade a 2008 in for a 2011. Craig and Neil were very helpful. Dan in the finance department was very helpful also.
