So when after waiting 2 hours I asked the sales manager why wasn't this done before I drove it off there lot. He replied that it should have. That was the end of that conversation. I also didn't understand why the gas tank wasn't filled. I was at the dealership it felt like forever, because they computers went down. This whole purchase I think was a huge mistake. More

The showroom was spotless and all of the staff we dealt with from Brett to Zac to Ed to the gentleman who dealt with the financing were exceptional! They were friendly and very polite. But trust me, our last car purchase was a horrendous experience and they could not explain any of the features (a Honda dealership).
