When the car arrived, Craig took pleasure presenting the car in the center of the showroom,. It was a special gesture. Financial lady took 2 hours to print forms wasting tons of paper and my time. Paperwork should have been printed before I arrived as they knew I would be back at a set time. Craig was very pleasant. Damage to the tint on front windshield was covered by sales stickers and not revealed under after I signed car was as is. Kind of shady if you ask me. I was told all recalls were completed and I signed that they were but according to Jeep recall is still open. All in all, I had a better experience at Findlay Chevrolet 4 years ago. More
