Great buying experience with Craig McKenzie! Drove up to have a look at a 2011 used Suburban. Next there were to salesmen and a sales woman chatting next to reception desk so we headed towards them, they went outside without noticing us, we followed and they never acknowledged us even as they broke up outside and went separate ways. So we stepped off the curb to locate the car ourselves and Craig McKenzie treated us immediately and asked if he could help us with anything. We were not expecting to purchase, but Craig McKenzie was great to work with, no pressure, lots of knowledge and a good sense of humor. It was so much more having a conversation than being "sold" a car. Really appreciated that. We are very grateful to have fallen in with him. Craig answered all our questions and requests and smoothly walked us through the paperwork and before we knew it was in the front drive with us setting up all the features to our specifications before we drove our new car off the lot. Truly a super experience because of Craig McKenzie. More
