Very Satisfied Customer After some issues during the purchase of my vehicle, the sales department stepped up and corrected the issues by actually bringing in another vehicle After some issues during the purchase of my vehicle, the sales department stepped up and corrected the issues by actually bringing in another vehicle and working an even trade. The sales department corrected all the issues and made my Husband and I very satisfied with the outcome. I am completely happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. My Husband and I want to personally thank Jimmy Vargas, Craig McKenzie and Matt Mincio (I hope I did not miss anyone). They went above and beyond correcting the issues and providing me with the exact vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to do so with anyone I come in contact with. Each time we have been treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. Recently we purchased a 2015 Corvette and saw a whole new level of service. Craig McKenzie understood some of the scheduling challenge's we were experiencing ... Craig offered to assist us by coming out to our home in Fallbrook and bringing the completed documents for us to sign. If that wasn't enough he also personally delivered the vehicle to us in Fallbrook and explained the "in's and out's of this beautiful car. This has truly been a "WOW" experience. Thanks Craig! More
