Your dealership diagnosed my car with leaky axle seals, so I booked an appointment using the link you texted me. Three weeks later, I arrived for my scheduled service—only to be told you couldn’t get my so I booked an appointment using the link you texted me. Three weeks later, I arrived for my scheduled service—only to be told you couldn’t get my vehicle in. Frustrated, I took my car to Anoka Chevrolet, where they determined that your diagnosis was incorrect. The issue wasn’t axle seals—it was loose bolts in the torque converter that needed to be fixed. I’m extremely disappointed that after three weeks, you still can’t properly schedule cars using the link from your own text messages. Even worse, you continue to send booking requests as if I never made an appointment in the first place. Your service advisors seem utterly lost, your booking system is a mess, and your mechanics failed to provide an accurate diagnosis. I will not be returning. More
