I don’t think my coupon was used for the work that was done. Once again my vehicle was not washed after service something my salesman told me that would be done. Had to take my car in less than two weeks after service because of a faulty O2 sensor. Service was OK with the repair otherwise,, but it was a hassle to have to take my car in a second time. Also, I had to because of a faulty O2 sensor. Service was OK with the repair otherwise,, but it was a hassle to have to take my car in a second time. Also, I had to go twice to pick up my car, because the first time I showed up 20-30 minutes before they closed but no one was there. The entire service department was empty and locked up. I asked the sales staff who were helpful but they couldn't get my keys for me, so I had no choice but to come back another day. Overall it was an ok experience, everyone was helpful, but there were just some inconveniences that needed to be noted. More
