Craig Rotter & the entire Wantagh Mazda Service Team are the BEST! Craig is always attentive to his customers' needs - he listens to his clients' concerns and offers excellent feedback with never a hard-se the BEST! Craig is always attentive to his customers' needs - he listens to his clients' concerns and offers excellent feedback with never a hard-sell for parts or labor... he & staff offer a good old-fashioned technical diagnosis with hands-on, time-honored mechanical solutions! I've admired their attention to detail & fine services for over 11 years & my 2 Mazda's always get a new lease (no pun intended!) on life whenever they service either of my cars (approx. 2-3 times per year). Do not hesitate to bring your car for services to Wantagh Mazda - you'll be very glad you did!! More

Craig from the service department was professional, patient, and understanding. Craig was responsive and kept me up to date on what was taking place while servicing my car. I have never had someone go out of their way as much as Craig did to research my car issue and resolve the problem to achieve the best outcome. In addition, the staff in the billing department were professional, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a great experience. More

Dropped in to Service today seeing that my remote key was not working for my 2017 Mazda3. I thought that I was going to be spending a couple of hundred $ on a new key since mine is 5 years old and I had jus not working for my 2017 Mazda3. I thought that I was going to be spending a couple of hundred $ on a new key since mine is 5 years old and I had just changed the battery. Ass't Service Manager Craig Rotter looked at my key, took it apart and changed the battery again. Of course, my "new" battery was dead, so he replaced it and also replaced the one in my duplicate that I brought along with me just in case. Both now should work perfectly for the next 5 years! Mr Rotter was very help, dealt immediately with my issue, and refused payment! My dad would have called him a gentleman and a scholar. Bought my car in Garden City ... but I think I'll be returning to Wantagh Mazda! Thank you so much, Craig! More

Always a pleasure doing business with Wantagh Mazda. I arrived quite early so that I could be the first customer since I had to go to work. Craig allowed me to come in and sit (in the A/C) and to enjoy I arrived quite early so that I could be the first customer since I had to go to work. Craig allowed me to come in and sit (in the A/C) and to enjoy a cup of coffee. He was very accommodating so that I could get to work timely. Always a smile, explained everything, made suggestions without the sales pitch and overall great experience. Nice way to start a day even if it cost $$$$$$ More

In addition, the Service Dept. employees video your service. The waiting room restrooms have been updated and are modern and clean. My Mazda is 7 years old and because of the efficient communication and ability to listen, I will only trust my car to Wantagh Service. Thank you, Craig! More

Craig Rotter and the total service team are the best I would continue to Buy/Lease from this dealership based on the service department alone.
