I am 75 years old and have had many vehicles serviced in my life time. I experienced the best service from the dealership but mostly impressed how Mr. Craig Rotter took the extra steps to assist and make th my life time. I have never filled out a rating sheet before but could not let Mr. Rotter’s service go unnoticed. Thank you and I surely will use the dealership when needed in the future. More

My CX9 wasn't driving right and the check engine light came on. I drove right to the dealership. Craig Rotter in the service area sensed I was anxious and came to help me immediately. He explained they were very busy but would take a quick look to see if he could get an idea what was wrong. He worked a plan that me me feel a valued customer even in the middle of his very busy day. I’ve made 2 recent visits to the Service Dept. and both times dealt with Craig Rotter. The first time was for a recall which was taken care of seamlessly, including the arrangement of the loaner v and both times dealt with Craig Rotter. The first time was for a recall which was taken care of seamlessly, including the arrangement of the loaner vehicle. The second time was when my tire light came on as I was leaving for work. Not knowing if it was low air or a flat, I stopped into the service department of Wantagh Mazda which was on my way. Craig had someone check the tires and thankfully it was just a low air issue. He and the service team were very efficient, courteous, and accommodating. More
