This was my first visit to Mohawk Chevrolet since they took over the former Northstar Chevrolet. Can not get through to sales managers on the telephone one line. Very Frustrating! There was a problem with marks on the car and reported right away. For some reason managers separated scratches into resp one line. Very Frustrating! There was a problem with marks on the car and reported right away. For some reason managers separated scratches into responsible and not responsible for. This should have never happen. Eventually dealership repaired and took responsibility for all and Mohawk Collision did a good job with repairs. All scratches should have been repaired right away. Very frustrating at first but once it was decided to fix all the scratches things went well and timely. Thank you. More
