Went out of their way to satisfy Salesman Craig Schnaak went the extra miles, he literally had my new 2019 Toyota Sienna XLE van with the auto access seat feature brought from a Chica Salesman Craig Schnaak went the extra miles, he literally had my new 2019 Toyota Sienna XLE van with the auto access seat feature brought from a Chicago IL dealer down to the Hazelwood dealership. I stopped in on Monday February 4 just to look into buying a Sienna with the auto access seat feature and within minutes Craig found one at a dealer in the Chicago area. He spent time on the phone making arrangements to do a dealer to dealer trade and then made the necessary arrangements to have the vehicle driven to St. Louis area when those negotiations were complete. The deal was closed on February 8th and Craig did a great job demonstrating the features of the car including the most important, showing my wife the entire process of using the auto access seat feature and getting her in and out of the vehicle easily and safely. The whole deal, which was easy to do, was handled professionally throughout the process, and completed in under one week. I would have never guessed that this could have happened in such a short time span, and I have Craig Schnaak to thank for that. More

Good sales experience with Craig Schnaak I went to this dealer set on buying a Honda Odyssey. Craig was patient and showed me the Toyota Sienna with no pressure. Then we went to Honda Dealers I went to this dealer set on buying a Honda Odyssey. Craig was patient and showed me the Toyota Sienna with no pressure. Then we went to Honda Dealership. We drove the Odyssey and he took his time explaining options. I test drove the Honda. Well, then I decided the Sienna was more van like. I test drove the Toyota Sienna and started to feel comfortable. The deal was sealed and the van was ready to drive away in an hour after closing the deal.
