No one ever answers on phone, and once they pick up the phone they put you on hold until you give up of trying to reach someone. When you walk in there the employees are not friendly at all, once I left my phone they put you on hold until you give up of trying to reach someone. When you walk in there the employees are not friendly at all, once I left my car for an oil change in the morning hours an they told me that the car will be done within couple of hours because they are "busy", so I told them that it is fine as long my car will be done by 3pm, I came back at 3:30pm to get my car and they didn't even start working on it even though there was only 3 cars on the lift and no onewas workingaroundthem, of course I took the keys and left. My last visit there was due to dead battery (installed at same location 2y ago), and after 5min of waiting the assistant came to me to ask me if I used a jump-start because the battery was tested "without issues", which I did, had to charge it for a few hours just so I can start the engine so I can come there, so since he asked me that, I assumed that they already started on my car and that I will be out within 20min max since it doesn't takes more then that to test the old and put the new battery in (which was my only request), but no, I ended up waiting for another 1h and 40min for that simple job. Once the assistant gave me the keys and showed me where to pay he just turned around without a word. Those were my last 2 experiences with this place, don't plan on coming back after several visits before. Very disorganized place, with lazy mechanics and unprofessional stuff. More
