Got back a car that smells worse, we can tell that seats were not cleaned( they have the same dirt and trash in the passenger seat back pocket as the say we gave it to you), but worse of all: strong smell of mold, due to the car just sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks , wet and with closed windows. We are never doing business with Lorenzo Nissan again. We feel defrauded. Worst experience we ever had with car service ever. More
