They both provided friendly and terrific treatment towards me during the whole process, which Craig works very quickly to please you and makes sure you are satisfied during the whole process. Kevin is not far by and assisted Craig quite a bit. He is going to be excellent in this business, especially if he keeps getting so many of those great customer-pleasing tips. This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased since 2002. Always great service. I had kept the business card that my last salesman, Brian Metcalf, and called him because of his great service the last time I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord. Brian referred me to CraIg and I received excellent service from both he and Kevin Monreal. When it's time for a new Honda, Craig will be the man I call!! More

He didn't attempt to change my mind or try to sell me more than I wanted, and for that reason he had an easy sell. I have smoothly and easily walked out of other dealerships because of obnoxious salespeople who refused to simply sell me what I wanted to buy. Fred Fribourg was my test drive companion, and I truly could not have asked for anyone better suited for this chore. He was pleasant, informative, helpful, and didn't flinch-not once. Others have assured me that I could have purchased my vehicle less expensively elsewhere, and I'm sure that's true; however, the fact remains that Craig and Fred made this the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience EVER. I should not forget Cameron Daugherty who dealt with the financial end and, again, was superb. To sum it all up, quoting an entertaining commercial on television -- "it didn't suck. Craig is AWeSomE! My husband and I visited another dealership where the gentleman was persistent about getting us a lower APR on a more expensive (new) car. After four My husband and I visited another dealership where the gentleman was persistent about getting us a lower APR on a more expensive (new) car. After four hours of declining his offers, and attempting to persuade him that we only wanted to buy used, we left for the night. The next evening we came to Gunn Honda, where we had previously purchased a used car and had a delightful experience doing so. We asked for the gentleman who sold us our last vehicle, but ended up being assigned to Craig. Best luck ever! We told him that we were pre-approved by our bank, wanted a used car, and had found four vehicles on the website that we wanted to test drive. Craig was all over it. We left with our Certified Used 2013 Honda Accord less than 2 hours later. More
