Obviously, everything had to be handled by phone- from the make/model/color etc to financing- since i lived so far away. i was a little bit apprehensive making a big purchase like this just over the phone but i had no choice since i wasn't happy about how my car buying experience was going where i lived.But straight talk from Craig and more straight talk from Tony Decena(financing) convinced me to give it a try. ONEPRICE ROCKS! NO HAGGLING about price-BRILLIANT! When i got to the dealership the car was already parked out front.A couple signatures later - off i went with my new car!WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! My husband even commented "everybody is very courteous and friendly here". We love Craig, Tony and Kevin!What a great team to work with-professional, thoughtful and competent-what else can you ask for?And it took no more than an hour -including test drive- to get everything together and be out the door.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! More

Excellence!!! A friend referred me to Mr. Craig Simpson. I can definitely see why he receives so many awards. His assistant, Kevin Monreal, was excellent as well. They both provided friendly and terrific treatment towards me during the whole process, which Craig works very quickly to please you and makes sure you are satisfied during the whole process. Kevin is not far by and assisted Craig quite a bit. He is going to be excellent in this business, especially if he keeps getting so many of those great customer-pleasing tips. This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased since 2002. Always great service. I had kept the business card that my last salesman, Brian Metcalf, and called him because of his great service the last time I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord. Brian referred me to CraIg and I received excellent service from both he and Kevin Monreal. When it's time for a new Honda, Craig will be the man I call!! More

He didn't attempt to change my mind or try to sell me more than I wanted, and for that reason he had an easy sell. I have smoothly and easily walked out of other dealerships because of obnoxious salespeople who refused to simply sell me what I wanted to buy. Fred Fribourg was my test drive companion, and I truly could not have asked for anyone better suited for this chore. He was pleasant, informative, helpful, and didn't flinch-not once. Others have assured me that I could have purchased my vehicle less expensively elsewhere, and I'm sure that's true; however, the fact remains that Craig and Fred made this the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience EVER. I should not forget Cameron Daugherty who dealt with the financial end and, again, was superb. To sum it all up, quoting an entertaining commercial on television -- "it didn't suck. In fact I liked it!" More
