Hi. My name is Creighton Lynn. I have been with Mac Haik Ford Lincoln since 2002. I have had the opportunity to serve in the sales, service, finance, and new and used car management positions here at the dealership. I am also a United States Marine Corps veteran. Outside of the dealership I spend most of my time with my family. Also, I enjoy playing pedal steel with local Texas country bands. I am a former triathlete and have completed 5- 1/2 Ironman competitions, multiple 1/2 marathons and the Austin Marathon. Love John Abbatacola from Mac Haik Georgetown! I had an engine blow on my Suburban on a Fri and called John wanting to come in on Saturday. I told him I really wanted a new Bronco in Robins Egg Bl I had an engine blow on my Suburban on a Fri and called John wanting to come in on Saturday. I told him I really wanted a new Bronco in Robins Egg Blue not knowing it was the hardest SUV to get in the country! They didn’t have any on the lot and didn’t expect any in until next year so I started thinking about other colors….Instead of steering me to something else they had on the lot, John and his manager went to work searching for the car I really wanted. He said, “let’s not give up yet, let’s go for the touchdown first” he ended up finding a car at a different dealer, but it involved transferring the car, making a difficult trade with the other dealer and this was a very sought after vehicle. He put me in a brand new Bronco loaner over the weekend and told me he would let me know on Monday if they were able to secure the transfer. Bada-Boom-Bada-Bing-Abbatacola got it done!what great customer service! John was so easy to work with, he got on the paperwork done quickly, helped set up the electronics and explained all the features of the car so we understood everything before driving away. Mac Haik is a no haggle fair upfront pricing dealer. Financing was a breeze with Gabriel and he was very knowledgeable of all the options.
