Hi. My name is Creighton Lynn. I have been with Mac Haik Ford Lincoln since 2002. I have had the opportunity to serve in the sales, service, finance, and new and used car management positions here. Outside of the dealership I spend most of my time with my family (my wife and 4 boys). Also, I enjoy playing pedal steel with local country bands. I am also an avid triathlete and have completed 5- 1/2 Ironman competitions, multiple 1/2 marathons and the Austin Marathon. The aviator has damage we did not know about and we found it later. 3 times to the body shop to get it fixed. We bought the paint and exterior coverage had to take that back a second time since they did not it later. 3 times to the body shop to get it fixed. We bought the paint and exterior coverage had to take that back a second time since they did not spray the third row the first time. Gas cap cover broken Salesmen knew this but did not tell us found out when we got home. Had to have service order one since no parts available. I have turned in my loaner vehicle after the last body shop visit and ask the service manager if the gas cap cover had come in yet he said no but he called the parts department and it was there no one told him glad I asked. Had to schedule another appointment told 1 to 1.5 hrs i was there for almost 3. I will never but another vehicle from Mac Hiak nor will they get any of my service apps. More

Shaun was incredible. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was friendly, jovial, and made my experience fun. He even came in on his day off and made sure the cars I was interested in were se knowledgeable, he was friendly, jovial, and made my experience fun. Sivia Sasa, Art Espinosa, Rene, and Dustin made it easy These guys gave me no pressure whatsoever. My lease was nearing the end and I went to turn it in.
