Contrary to the usual dealers, you aren't received by a bunch of sellers looking for a prey to earn commission. Once I arrived and provided my name a phone number, I was introduced to a seller that explained how HGreg is different. I was a bit hesitant because of how different they are, but after being explained the process and was presented all the information in a transparent way, I was in! Thank you to our Sales Rep Robert, very friendly and honest. Crista demonstrated empathy and was very understanding of our feelings about car buying with children. Lastly, thank you Sigrid for your friendliness and willingness to help us obtain insurance coverage while saving money. More

Marcos is very knowledgeable about the vehicles (very upfront) and we ended up trading in our 2009 Cadillac for a 2016. We couldn’t be more excited. We actually went in looking at a Mercedes but the Cadillac was a much better find and buy. Also visit Crista S in financing/titles she was great!! More

One of my girlfriends and her husband had recommended I go here and see Manny. I am so glad that I did. He was extreamly nice and patient with me. We went on our test drive and came back at that point I had decided that ok this is a nice car let’s see about getting it. That’s when I met sweet Crista to discuss my loan. As we were talking she could tell I was a little indecisive about the car. (My heart was set on another car, but I really didn’t want my payment to be too high.) That’s when she asked me if I was sure this was the car I wanted because we want to make sure your happy. I then asked a few questions and she was unsure of the answers so she went to get Nelson. As he was taking to me he could also tell I was a little hesitant about this car. He asked me if I had another one in mind and I told him yes. They both recommended Idrive the other one and then come back and let them know which one I liked best. They said all they would have to do is switch the paperwork. So I test drove the car I had my heart set on. I told Manny I am glad he is a patient person because I can be difficult to deal with when trying to decide on which car I want. Manny was the one who got both cars for me to test drive. I did not feel pressured into buying a car. He told me to take my time with my decision because he wanted me to be happy with the decision I made. He even told me to park the two next to each other so I could compare them to help make my decision. I had finally decided on the one I originally came in to see. Nelson and Crista were very nice to work with in the loan department. All three of them were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with the car buying process. I did not feel pressured by anyone and was able to make a decision I felt comfortable with. I would highly recommend you come see them if you are in the market for a car. They have a nice selection of cars and they are very professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. More

Marcos was very well experienced and professional and most importantly, not pushy. Luis and Karlos from the supervising staff were also helpful and supportive. Crista from the financial department was very professional and went the extra mile to make it a second to none overall experience. Sigrid from the on site insurance company (Florida one) was also very professional and didn't stop searching until she got us the best insurance coverage deal. Again, an overall and extraordinary buying experience!!! Traditional car buying is finally getting obsolete. This is how all car dealerships should be treating their customers. They take care of you. I had recently moved to Orlando and really needed a vehicle as I am a student. A family member had recommended HGreg, so we decided to check it out. Going in, you quickly realize this isn't the usual dealership. For one, the employees don't harrass you! I can't tell you how much more chill the environment is, especially because you're actually treated with respect. The prices at HGreg are final, so no haggling, and the sellers don't make comission, so they're not jumping at the quick sales and actually take the time to talk to you and get to know what you want in a vehicle. Alex Avila was wonderful with us, and bilingual, which really helped our overall experience when it came to understanding concepts and the implications mentioned in CarFax reports and things like that. We looked at approximately five cars and test drove two before making a decision. The employees are super patient with you and make sure you're at peace with your purchase. Crista in finances is the world's biggest sweetheart, and she also made sure everything was explained clearly. Finally, Sigrid in Insurance is an angel, who will search until she can search no longer to find you the best possible insurance rates. As a student on a budget, I'm super grateful for her and everything she did for me through my car hunting process. Overall, it was a great experience and I really felt taken care of and like the purchase I made was the best for me. Definitely recommend them. More
