The finance My husband and I recently purchased an Infiniti Q70 at HGreg. Overall, the experience was great. Our salesmen, DT and Dairo, were helpful. The finance director, Nelson, and finance manager, Crista, both worked with us to get the best terms. Our only complaints would be that the appraisal of the vehicle we were trading took over 2 hours, and the appraiser didn’t have the correct trim listed, so the appraisal was considerably less. That was corrected though. Then it took another 2 hours to sign the paperwork. When it was all said and done, we were there for 5 1/2 hours. I wasn’t leaving with my new vehicle until 10pm. They were closed, and it was difficult getting off the lot. The gates were locked and they had cars blocking exits. I had to go back inside to ask someone to let me out. Also, my vehicle didn’t have a full tank of gas and had absolutely no windshield washer fluid. The windshield was dirty, and without washing fluid, it was difficult driving home at night on the turnpike. We still would recommend them, though, based on our overall experience. More

Best Customer Service Everyone we had a pleasure to work with were very nice and caring people. When we walked in, we were checked in with the girl up front and then Marcos came and greeted us. Marcos was our sales consultant and he did a fantastic job. My boyfriend and I came in to look at a specific car and after talking to Marcos, he was able to help us find another one of the same car so that we had more than one option. We ended up buying the one he showed us as our Plan B because it was a year newer and just was a better car for us overall. After Marcos helped us find the perfect car, Christa in the finance department was able to run through a bunch of different scenarios with us. This really helped us in the car buying process since it was our first time buying a car together. She was absolutely wonderful and really cared about us. Not only did Marcos and Christa help us with everything but they both reached out to us the next day to ensure we were happy with our decision! We couldn't have done it without them. More
