Pros- Huge lot with an endless amount of inventory to choose from. Good pricing, fair trade-in amounts offered. Lots of staff available to provide assistance. Non-aggressive, no pressure sales and finance department. Cons: since it’s not a traditional dealership, there aren’t brand new vehicles that offer manufacturer warranties. Many vehicles are still within 1-2 years old, so most of them carry the remainder of the original warranties, but others are applicable to the first owner only. There is also no service department. The vehicle I purchased was almost on an empty tank of gas, whereas other dealers fill upon a sale. There were some hiccups involved with my purchase, but management reached out to me and provided a resolution. Overall it was an acceptable experience, and I would recommended to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle that doesn’t have much use and is listed thousands below retail . More
