First the cars are all ready to sell, they're lot ready for sure and there's a lot of them, many makes/models, very diverse selection. I was fortunate to meet with Sam Jones and told him I was only interested in test driving, so we took it out for a spin, they're nice cars...too nice for me. We talked inside and Sam walked me through every step on getting to own one and there was ZERO pressure just calm and friendly conversation. Then we talked price, trade in, down payment....this was happening! I was soon in the back with Crista and she laid out the financing plans available and then I realized this car was gonna be mine... We agree to terms, she sends me to Samer, he checks insurance plans for me and winds up saving me almost $100! Now I'm cleaning out my Mustang and taking home the Genesis...it was hard to say goodbye to my old car but the choice was made...it was absolutely a reality! HGreg, unknown to most, nobody, I talked to about them or the car had ever heard of them, not one person...I found you through TrueCar and am very happy I did. However, the rest of the company dropped the ball. Kept being passed around, and each department didn't seem to communicate with each other. Drove a mile off the lot and the check engine light turned on. Turned around, but they said there was nothing they could do that day since the service department was closed. Suggested I take it home and bring it back the next day or take it to an Autozone to have a code reader put on it. Basically didn't want to take the responsibility for it. So I returned it on the spot. Then they had the nerve to email me the next day to thank me for my "purchase" and asked for me to review them on various platforms. Well, here's the review, though I doubt it's what they were hoping for. More

There was also rust on the under carriage and also inside the vehicle. Obviously we were no longer interested since I'm not paying 20k for a lemon. Now they are refusing to send the voided check back to our bank. The manager just puts you in hold then the line is disconnected. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS I'm not going to let it bother me to much because at this point we're just preparing to press charges More

My husband and I weren't your typical car buyers, we were kind of a pain in the booty, coming back several times, looking at every car in the place, going into finance about one, only to change our mind last minute and pick a different one, drive it, go to finance, and around and around. We were not easy customers, hahaha.... BUUUUUUUUT man, I really appreciate how literally EVERY SINGLE employee at HGreg was helpful and PATIENT and not even remotely pushy... they just wanted us to be happy and get the best car FOR US. We were there way past closing time one night, and NOBODY even HINTED that they were annoyed, their energy and enthusiasm for us as the customer remained steady throughout.
