If you do your research you will find their pricing does tend to be lower than similar dealerships. Scott was knowledgeable about the vehicles and discussed pros and cons for each. The process with him was pressure free. I went back the next day and traded my car and bought a new car for myself. Scott assisted me with this transaction also. Same great experience. More

No haggle, no stress! What an amazing experience from the moment I walked into the automatic doors until the moment I started my new car to drive off of the lot (which took What an amazing experience from the moment I walked into the automatic doors until the moment I started my new car to drive off of the lot (which took an impressive quick 3 hours)! I'm a single mom and walking into a dealership (against the advice of friends and family) alone, sounded stressful, especially knowing I'm not assertive/aggressive AT ALL. I walked in, I was greeted and checked in within 30 seconds. Let's start with when I was paired with a sales person. Yashira was AMAZING. She spoke casually, friendly, and told me everything I needed to know about how HGreg works. It came across honest and friendly. I was comfortable asking questions. I came in with my top 4 choices after browsing the inventory; two were not available but my 1st and 4th choice were. We went for an easy test drive, had small-talk, and I was on my way to the next step of paperwork and waiting for an approval! Yashira made every part prior to financing, easy and stress-free. I then waited for 40-60 minutes or so (which I was told that it would be roughly that long). I wish I could list the names of people who helped me find the restroom or the vending machines or whatever else I needed (everyone who worked on 3.24.19 should get a raise) and complimented/acknowledged my daughter. Next was Christa in office 5! She was the most friendly, helpful, compassionate person I have ever worked with. She took her time and showed me different ways I could move around my rate with Capital One, showed me different options I could use to finance (never once making me feel like I had to choose one more than the other); I felt like I could choose the option that worked best for me and she was ok with that. I have felt pressured at other dealers, when purchasing previous cars (and even more when I attempted to go to OffLeaseOnly a couple of months ago), and there was not a single split second where I felt remotely stressed or pressured. Again, she was friendly and honest and I felt like she was working with me like she would work with a friend or someone in her family. (I cannot thank her enough for how calm and friendly and helpful she was). Finally, the financing was done and I had to head to the back counter to move over my insurance and wait for my car to be pulled up! Sigrid (and a gentleman, please ask her what his name was); they were again, just like Yashira and Christa, SO friendly! They called Geico for me to move my insurance to my new car, asked me if I wanted to allow them to possibly find me a lower rate else and when I explained I didn't want to at the moment because buying a car already put me on brain over-load, that was completely fine and we continued moving my insurance. I was congratulated in a genuine way by both of them and they were so pleasant! I went to my new car as well as the one I traded in; the gentlemen outside were so patient as I moved things from one car to the other. I got a hand-shake and a congratulations by the gentleman also. Again, I wish I could have taken down everyone's name that I worked with, I wish they could all get credit for how great they were. Thank you, HGreg, for making my car-buying experience so amazing from start to finish! My joy at the end of my work days is knowing I'm going to my new car, that I absolutely love. (I know this is long already, but, three days after I left, I realized my checkbook was left in my old car; I called, it's probably good I didn't get her name, but whoever answered the phone (twice, since I was hung up on, the first call) on 2.27, wasn't the best to talk to. I asked about my checkbook and all she said was that cars were picked up on Tuesday's and Thursday's and it was probably gone. She took my name and number and when I asked if she needed to know what the car was, she said they [idk who 'they' are] could look it up. And in comes Yashir, amazing again; I reached out to her today, 3.29, and within 5 minutes she had my checkbook in hand and let me know I could come and pick it up!) More
